Mark Hurley
Mark has held HR business partner, business
consultant and management positions in organizations ranging from
start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. He also has extensive experience in
organizational development and executive recruitment. In his various roles he has coached and consulted with individuals, business owners, mid-level and senior executives.
Mark is a graduate of Emmanuel College where he received a BS in Business Administration. He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute.
He is a past member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the
Northeast Human Resource Association. Mark has completed the Personal
Mastery, Advanced Leadership, and Heart of the Samurai workshops with
Klemmer & Associates, a premiere leadership development company.
In addition to his business activities, Mark is Executive Director of
Trips For Kids Boston, a non-profit organization that provides mountain
biking experiences in a positive setting for disadvantaged teens. Mark has completed the 3-Day Breast Cancer Walk and
Pan-Mass Challenge raising funds for cancer research. His
philanthropic activities also include the Tariq Khamisa Foundation, an organization that works to prevent
handgun violence between children.
